Ingredients :
- 20 nos chicken wings ( skin on )- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp onoion
- 1 tbsp ginger
- Red and Green chilli chopped and mixed together
- 1 sprig of celery
- few sprigs of spring onion
- 200g of chicken minced
- salt, pepper, ajinomoto to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 egg whites
- 200g bread crumbs or white sesame seeds
- oil for deep frying
Method :
1. pull the chicken out of the bone half way and turn2 . then mix well and stuff the wings
3 . dip in egg white and coat with bread crumbs or sesame seeds.
4 . deep fry and serve hot with tomato sauce.
