Apple Fritters (Serves 4-6)
IngredientsLarge Apple (Peeled , Coved , and cut in Slices ) 3 nos
Flour 130 gr
Baking Powder 10 gr
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Whole Egg (Beat) 01
Milk 150 ml
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Sugar 150 gr
Cinnamon Powder 05 gr
Icing Sugar for dusting
Method1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt to gather in to a bowl. Beat in the milk and the egg white a whisk.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder on a plate. Toss the apple slices in this mixture to coat all over.
3. Dip the apple slices in the batter fry in a fork. Drain off the excess batter fry in batches in the hot oil for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
4. Place the icing sugar in a strainer and sprinkle over the fritters. Serve hot with honey or golden syrup.
