Thai noodles

                         THAI NOODLES

         INGREDIENTS :

                                                 - Noodles                      3 kg 
                                - onion leaves                500g
                                - carrot                          500g
                                - cabbage                       500g
                                - smashed ginger              50g
                                - smashed garlic               50g
                                - mini prawns                500g
                                - onions                         100g
                                - Tomato sauce              1/2  cup
                                - chilli sauce                  1/2  cup 
                               - soya sauce                    1/2  cup
                               - Butter                           200 g
                               - broccoli                        100g
                               - Salt                                as needed

        Method :

                        - boil the noodles in hot water using 2 spoons of butter and a pinch of salt 
                        - Peels the skin off the prawns
                        - chop the onions , carrot , and the cabbage and chop the onions leaves lengthly.
                        - heat butter in a pan and add the smashed ginger and garlic
                        - add the prawns into it
                        - after about 2-3 minutes add all the sauces into it
                        - add salt as required
                        - add the vegetables and mix it well
                        - add the noodles and the chopped onion leaves 
                        - Finally add the broccoli and serve the dish
