Shawarma rolls

                            Shawarma rolls

 

          
          dough :

                     - white flour                         3 cup
                     - an egg
                     - Yeast                                 1/4 teaspoon
                               - Sugar                                 1 tablespoon
                     -  salt                                   1/2 teaspoon
                     - Water                                1/4 cup
                     - melted butter



       Filling :

                    - Shawarman meat
                    - shredded lettuce                   1 cup
                    - Chopped tomato                   1/2 cup
                    - onion cut into thin slices       1/2 cup




    Method:

                 - combine all  dry dough ingredients and  add water to  knead it smooth 
                 - Cover and stand in a  warm place  for 1/4 hour
                 -  Divide the dough into small balls , brush with butter and  stand for 10 minutes
                 - Flat  each piece into thin circles ,  heat , griddle and fry the both sides 
                 - Fill each piece with shawarman  meat and vegetables
                 - Serve it hot
